Welcome to the Multilateral Dispatch Family.

To begin our partnership and start booking high-paying loads under your authority, we require a completed onboarding packet. This documentation establishes our administrative relationship and grants us the Limited Power of Attorney necessary to sign rate confirmations and handle paperwork on your behalf.

Please select the Support Packet that matches your fleet and sign the Limited Power of Attorney. Because we value your independence, our agreements are always at-will with a 24-hour written notice . This allows us to handle the back-office and broker paperwork so you can stay focused on the road.

We require a copy of your MC Authority, W-9, and Certificate of Insurance showing active liability and cargo coverage. If you utilize factoring, please include your Notice of Assignment (NOA) to ensure seamless payment processing and setup with our broker network.

3. Submit to Onboard

Email your signed documents and credentials to Operations@multilateraldispatch.com. Once submitted, our team will verify your file and finalize your carrier profile so you can begin receiving premium, high-paying load offers and dedicated dispatch support immediately.
