To begin our partnership and start booking high-paying loads under your authority, we require a completed onboarding packet. This documentation establishes our administrative relationship and grants us the Limited Power of Attorney necessary to sign rate confirmations and handle paperwork on your behalf.

Provide a copy of your MC Authority, W-9, and Certificate of Insurance (COI) with active liability and cargo coverage. If you use a factoring company, please include your Notice of Assignment (NOA).
